Nurturing Future Leaders
The Perdana Fellowship, established by the Ministry of Youth and Sports in 2013, provides young Malaysians with first-hand experience in national governance. Upon completion of the fellowship, the Fellows will be inducted to the Perdana Fellows Alumni Association which is dedicated to fostering a strong network and support system for its members while being able to contribute back to the Nation.
About PFAA
The Perdana Fellows Alumni Association is a non-profit organisation established in 2014, which maintains a network of former Perdana Fellows upon their graduations from the Fellowship.
The Perdana Fellowship is a prestigious programme established by the Ministry of Youth and Sports in 2013 to provide young Malaysians with a first-hand experience in matters of national governance.
The Association functions to nurture Malaysia's future leaders, dedicated to nation building and fostering a close network of thought leaders. PFAA runs a variety of initiatives to create opportunities for youths, championing youth advocacy and fostering relationships with organisations based on shared values.






Our Patron
All sitting Prime Ministers of Malaysia serve as official patrons of the Perdana Fellows Alumni Association. Our current patron is Yang Amat Berhormat Datuk Seri Anwar bin Ibrahim, the 10th Prime Minister of Malaysia.

Youth Economic Forum (YEF)
Regarded as "the Davos for young Malaysians", YEF draws inspiration from the World Economic Forum. An annual platform for young professionals to discuss key economic issues that has featured 180++ prominent speakers and attracted more than 6,800 delegates since 2016; having done the 8th installment in 2024.
Climate Finance Summit (CFS)
A platform launched in 2023 to address Malaysia’s climate financing gap. CFS has featured 40 speakers and attracted over 1,200 delegates to explore climate financing and understand sustainable policies and regulations.

PFAA Speaker Series
Connecting young professionals with prominent leaders, including Royals, Prime Ministers and corporate executives, in fostering critical, fact-based discussions to bridge insights, share experiences and expertise.
